One-on-one Counselling / Online Counselling

Privacy and safety are at the heart of every counselling session. I take a holistic approach to wellness, supporting the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual parts of each person. I use modern therapeutic techniques like Narrative Therapy, DBT, and CBT—and for my Indigenous clients, I thoughtfully blend these with traditional healing practices. Each session is tailored to meet people where they are, in a way that feels safe, grounded, and culturally connected.

Tailored Program Services

I have specialized training/work experience in group settings – Men’s Autonomy , Behaviour Psycho-education , Youth workshops – Healthy vs Non-Healthy workshops , Grief and Loss.

I have in the past, created successful programs for non-government organizations in the NWT.

Emotional Support for Events/Groups

Whether it’s big groups or small circles, I have years of experience holding space and offering support in a grounded, respectful way. I know how to read the room, create emotional safety, and step in with counselling support when it’s needed most. From community gatherings to structured workshops, I’ve supported a wide range of events—always with care, clarity, and a deep understanding of what people need to feel seen and supported.
